Grand Central Mall To Host Home & Garden Show

Vienna, W.Va. – The Grand Central Mall announced plans for the Grand Central Mall Home & Garden Show. The show is scheduled for Friday, February 29 through Sunday March 2, 2008. The event is free to the public.

2007 was the first time in many years that the Grand Central Mall had hosted a Home & Garden Show after many requests from the community to bring something like this back. After having great success with it, mall officials decided to bring it back for 2008 and continue with it yearly as long as the demand is there.

The Grand Central Mall Home & Garden show will feature over 15 local businesses that will distribute information and display their products and services.

Special events are scheduled for Saturday. The Grand Central Mall will host special events and activities for the children attending the Home and Garden Show from Noon to 4 pm. Some activities will include face painting, coloring, and pedal tractor races.

Adults attending the weekend show also have a chance to go home with great giveaways. Visitors will be able to register at every booth for door prizes and do not need to be present to win. There will also be a grand prize giveaway of a genuine pedal tractor donated by Lemon’s Farm Equipment.
